- Someone 18 or older must be present at delivery.
- Double-check the delivery address on your invoice to ensure it is correct.
- If your location has a gate, lockbox, or entry code, please send it to us ahead of time or text it directly to us for smooth access.
- Make sure your contact number is correct and active so we can reach you on the day of delivery.
- Confirm clear access to the laundry area.
- Check that hot and cold water valves are functional.
- Confirm a working 110V outlet is nearby.
- Make sure the breaker box is accessible.
- Know if your water source is city or well, and locate the main shutoff valve.

- Run an empty test cycle to flush the system.

- Ensure the washer is level to avoid noise or shaking.
