• Someone 18 or older must be present at delivery.
• Double-check the delivery address on your invoice to ensure it is correct.
• If your location has a gate, lockbox, or entry code, please send it to us ahead of time or text it directly to us for smooth access.
• Make sure your contact number is correct and active so we can reach you on the day of delivery.
• Clear a path from entry to the install location.
• Clear the under-sink cabinet space (if the ice maker shutoff valve is located there).
• Use a cooler or ice to preserve food during the swap.
• Verify the water supply valve is accessible (if applicable).
• Make sure the breaker box is accessible.
