Dishwasher Delivery Prep & Setup Guide

Someone 18 or older must be present at delivery.
Double-check the delivery address on your invoice to ensure it is correct.
If your location has a gate, lockbox, or entry code, please send it to us ahead of time or text it directly to us for smooth access.
Make sure your contact number is correct and active so we can reach you on the day of delivery.
Make sure the water shut-off valve under the sink is accessible.
Ensure a nearby electrical outlet is available (plug-in or hardwired).
Clear the under-sink cabinet space.
Clear path to the breaker box.
Know if your water source is city or well, and locate the main shutoff valve.
